【Inactivation】: by adding anhydrous sodium carbonate, increase the PH value to 10 or raise the temperature to70 ℃ and keep for 10 minutes.

【Packing and storage】: 25kg drum, or according to customer requirements. In 6 months the enzyme activity will be not less than the standard at room temperature.
